In 2006, Broadway Suites was started by Kenneth Zuckerman with a vision to provide clean, private office space at affordable rates. The focus was to provide business owners office space to expand or restructure their companies without the sacrifice of service or a prime location. 

Over two decades our values have not changed. We have now supported thousands of small businesses. Our floors are well maintained, offices are private, and prices are affordable. The smiles and helpful attitudes of our staff has helped nurture a friendly atmosphere, which combined with regular networking events, has served to foster a successful professional community. Many of our tenants consider their neighbors not as strangers, but as co-workers and friends.

In late 2019, with our lease expiring at our K-Town offices and time being of the essence, we decided to look for new space in a suite setting. The suite arrangement seemed to offer great conveniences over a conventional lease. We proceeded to tour the usual suspects, WeWorks, Regus, etc, and while they all offered a similar package of services, something was missing. The spaces had more of a collegiate feel and lacked the quiet professionalism that we sought for our business. It also seemed, that despite the “package” pricing that they all advertised, the cost structures included many hidden fees that added to the overall monthly expense.

Quite fortuitously, we found a Broadway Suites ad while conducting one last internet search before making a final decision among the places we saw. When we came to the BWS site at 5 West 37th St for a tour, we immediately felt that we found our home. The spaces were new, well maintained, and clean. There was a sense of comfort and professionalism that we felt was well suited to our needs and those of our customers. The services included with the rent provided everything that we required in a simple, efficient and convenient package. No hidden charges and no games. Best of all, Ken and his staff (with a special shoutout to Leo, Louise, and Ariel) is incredibly helpful and willing to go out of their way to make sure that our experience is as enjoyable and trouble-free as possible. In a city where an adversarial relationship between landlord and tenant is the norm, it is nothing short of extraordinary to find a management team that has such a deep sense of genuine concern for its tenants. We have now been here for almost six months and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to join the BWS family.
